At VortexMini, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to deliver a smooth, hassle-free experience every time. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it out quickly.

Change of Mind

Because of the nature of personal-use cleaning products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been opened or used. If the item is still sealed and unused, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss eligibility.

Faulty or Defective Items

If your VortexMini™ arrives damaged, faulty, or stops working within the warranty period, we will replace it or provide a refund.

• A brief description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the fault

Warranty

All VortexMini™ units come with a 30-day functional warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Returns Process

If a return is approved, we will provide:

• A return address
• Instructions on how to send your product back

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement.
